She graduated from the medical faculty at the Jessenius Medical Faculty in Martin, Comenius University in Bratislava.
She specializes in functional medicine, focusing on the detection and treatment of the primary causes of disease, and in personalized medicine, patient-centered medicine. She received her professional education through the American University of Functional Medicine - Functional Medicine University.
Previously, she completed a medical internship at a Traditional Chinese Medicine department in Taiwan and a medical internship at a surgical department in Brazil.
She gained her medical experience in Slovak hospitals and in specialist outpatient clinics. She also worked as a doctor at the Slovak Medical Spa in Piešt'any.
Currently, outside of her medical practice, she is also involved in public education through the online magazine Zdravyblog.sk and the podcast Zdravý podcast.
