Ivana studied at the medical college in Svidník and graduated as a healthcare assistant.
She also holds a certificate of attainment from the ADC college in London in the field of nursing home care.
After completing her studies, she worked abroad as a live-in caregiver, and later on, after returning to Slovakia she started working as a nurse at a GP surgery belonging to the Falck medical group.
Besides working at IPPM she is currently studying at the university of health and social work Sv. Alzbety in Bratislava, at the nursing faculty, to become a general nurse.
